Please take notice that a quorum of the Town Board of the Town of Polk, Washington County may be present at the Wisconsin Towns Association Annual Convention, to be held October 12–14, 2025, at the Kalahari Resort Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin.

The purpose of this notice is to inform the public that a quorum of the Town Board may be in attendance. No official Town Board business will be conducted, and no formal action will be taken during the convention.

This notice is provided in accordance with Wisconsin Open Meetings Law.
