Notice of Newly Enacted Ordinance
Please take notice that, on June 11, 2024, the Town Board of the Town of Polk adopted the following ordinance:
Ordinance 02.2024, entitled “AN ORDINANCE REPEALING CHAPTER 17: ZONING REGULATIONS TOWN OF POLK AND RECREATING AND ADOPTING AND RECREATING A NEW CHAPTER 17: ZONING REGULATIONS TOWN OF POLK.”
This Ordinance shall take effect upon publication of this notice. The full text of this Ordinance may be obtained from the Town of Polk Clerk’s office, located at 3680 STH 60, Singer, Wisconsin, or through the Town’s website at https://townofpolk-wi.gov/.
