2023 Property Tax Instructions

If you are mailing or using the Town's drop box and you would like a receipt, please include a self-addressed, stamped envelope.
If you would like to pay using a credit card or eCheck, please click on this link https://client.pointandpay.net/web/TownofPolk
Please note that the Point and Pay service fee will be added to your payment. You will need to enter your tax key number and follow the prompts for credit card and/or eCheck. Print the confirmation page for your records. Taxes are considered paid once the payment is deposited into the Town's bank account. Paying by credit card is not an option for in-person payment at the Town Hall.
Dog Licenses
License Fees: $10 per dog or $5 for each neutered or spayed dog - payable by March 31, 2024 for all dogs five months and older. A Kennel License is required for more than 4 dogs. Kennel licenses require a Conditional Use Permit from the Town of Polk.
To obtain your license(s) send the completed Dog License Application along with proof of current rabies vaccination (required by State law), a check payable to the Town of Polk, and a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Town of Polk, 3680 State Hwy 60, Slinger WI 53086. A late fee of $10 per dog licensed after 3/31/24 will be applied. This fee is in addition to the regular fee amounts listed above. NO LICENSE WILL BE ISSUED WITHOUT A CERTIFICATE OF RABIES VACCINATION.
